Case Study #1. Lose the Weight - Keep it off!
A 38 year old woman was struggling ...
Her weight loss program was individualized to optimize burning excess, unhealthy fat while preserving precious muscle tissue. For all people, and especially women, it is critical to maintain and increase muscle mass so weight loss is maintained and a person can get to and stay in a healthy weight range. This patient's success was created by her following the carefully crafted plan, including the use of smart, specific supplement protocols and an eating plan designed to get the job done. She is a great example of what can happen when a patient follows her or his treatment plan. Now she enjoys the benefits of a sustainable weight management plan.
Case Study #2. No Longer Needs High Blood Pressure Drugs, and off all Type 2 Diabetes Prescription Medicines too - no more drugs
A 57 year old woman had been obese for over 20 years ...
I explained to this patient that if she lost a significant amount of weight it was possible that she would no longer have Type 2 diabetes and her high blood pressure would likely go away too. Rather than work on improving sleep, we decided the most efficient thing to do was lose the excess weight safely and efficiently. She did two rounds of my Systems Approach™ HCG Weight Loss Program, and continued her weight loss journey with the Thermogenesis Program so she could continue to lose excess fat and stabilize her weight. Now she no longer needs the high blood pressure prescription drugs and she is off all diabetes prescription medicines. For the most part, she eats healthier foods and no longer eats a heavy meal right before going to bed. Her health changes are really positive and lasting because of her willingness to do the work needed to get the result. Lifestyle choices combined with specific treatment resulted in sustainable weight loss and sustainable weight management.
Case Study #3. Improved Stamina, More Energy and Saying Goodbye to a Lifetime of Obesity
A 48 year old man with a lifelong history of being obese ...
greatly improved his overall energy, increased his stamina and lessened his feelings of being sore and stiff after his exercise sessions. This really improved his ability to exercise regularly and with enough intensity to actually lose weight and keep it off. As his weight loss journey continues, he now is focused on eating foods that are right for his body, in a pattern of nourishment that really sustains him in reaching and staying at a healthy weight range.
Case Study #4. Former Athlete Regains her Zest and Loses Last Bits of Baby Weight
A 47 year old woman, former athlete, and now busy mother of four children ...
She followed my Boosting Cellular Metabolism protocol, customized for her needs, and lost the last few pounds needed to get to her ideal weight range. She also reports that she has sustained energy all day and really feels great as a result of using this sustainable weight management approach.
Case Study #5. Elimination of Emotional Eating and Food Cravings
A 15 year old girl, obese and becoming increasingly self-councious ...
where she ate food for comfort, especially chips (carbohydrates) and sweets (carbohydrates). Her therapist was concerned that any weight loss program chosen for this patient's needs not leave her more vulnerable to "rebound cravings and comfort eating". She was placed on a weight loss program, with her treatment broken into phases, and has lost 49 pounds and kept them off, as her weight loss journey continues. The food cravings have not returned. Between the first and second phase of her weight loss program she resumed being really physically active, including swimming, weight training and walking. She really listened to my advice concerning the need to increase her muscle mass and get strong, so she could more easily burn fat for fuel instead of store any carbohydrates she ate (sugar) as fat. Others around her say she is more active and playful, as one might expect a teenager to be. Currently she is in a sustainable weight management phase, where her weight is stable until she enters her next phase of targeted weight loss on her way to her ideal weight range. She also reports that she has sustained energy all day and really feels great, even with the academic pressures of high school.
